*From 12/19 to 1/9, the rates increase
to $4,500.00/week, with a minimum stay of 10 days.
Security deposit - A $500.00 security
deposit is required. The deposit will be returned to you
within 15 days of your departure, after a successful inspection
as you vacate the villa.
Reservation Policy - 50% of the total
rental cost is required to reserve Villa Mafolie. The balance
of the rental cost will be due 45 days prior to your arrival.
